It essentially tells other email servers: “Please only deliver mail to me if you can do so over a secure TLS channel.” This reduces the risk of interception or tampering along the way.

TLS reporting gives you feedback on when emails are successfully encrypted and when they fail. This helps you spot any persistent security issues.
